Ashburton Hair Artistry – Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We truly value every client who chooses Ashburton Hair Artistry, and we do our best to make sure your experience with us is relaxing, enjoyable, and professional. To help us give you the very best service and to respect the time of both our stylists and clients, we kindly ask you to take note of our booking policies below.

 

Colour Deposits

 

To secure your colour appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Your deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

 

While deposits are non-refundable, it can be transferred if enough notice is given, 1 appointment change only (see cancellation policy below).

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling for all Services. 

 

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. With this notice, your deposit will simply move with your booking.

 

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited.

 

No-shows or same-day cancellations mean we are unable to fill your spot, so your deposit will also be forfeited, and a new one will be required for future bookings.

 

 

Running Late

 

We completely understand that life happens. If you are running late, please give us a call as soon as possible.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be affected.
